Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE is a dynamic two-day event for the commercial embroidery and apparel decoration industry. It is designed to bring embroiderers, apparel decorators, and industry suppliers together to learn and share in a comfortable setting. Attending Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE is like sitting down at a table laden with delectable “goodies” for embroiderers and apparel decorators – everywhere you turn, people are sharing ideas and helping each other! Companies showcasing equipment (embroidery, direct garment printing, screen printing, rhinestone, laser engraving, sublimation, heat press), digitizing software, blank goods, supplies and services are exhibiting at Embroidery Mart.
Embroidery Mart is your answer to “How do I boost sales and expand my business?”! When you attend Embroidery Mart, you receive immediate information and feedback, you network with suppliers and peers face-to-face and you check out the latest in the apparel decoration industry!
Everyone already involved in the commercial embroidery industry or apparel decoration industries, and everyone interested in commercial embroidery and apparel decoration as a business. Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE is for garment decorators who use (or want to learn to use) apparel decoration equipment, digitizing software, stock designs, tools, supplies and technologies. It is for business owners with an interest in embroidery, screen printing, heat press, digital garment printing, laser engraving, rhinestones or promotional products. FYI – Membership in National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP) is NOT required to attend this event.
Future apparel decorators between the ages of 14-18 can register for the Trade Show and classes if accompanied by an adult. Please bring proof of age. Children under the age of 14 (including babes in arms and tots in strollers) are not eligible to attend the Trade Show or the classes.

There are good reasons to pre-register…
- When you pre-register EARLY for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE by May 15, you are entered in a drawing for a free night at the Embassy Suites Hotel.
- When you pre-register for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE by May 15, we print a Show Directory for you. Having the contact information of every exhibitor can be a life-saver after the trade show, when you suddenly need to contact the supplier to order dozens of XYZ product!
Pre-registration closes a few days before the show. When online registration closes, you CAN register at the door, for the same fee, although you may not receive the Embroidery Mart directory.
If you are experiencing difficulties with online registration, please call NNEP at 800-866-7396 between 9 AM – 5PM EST, until June 13 (when the NNEP team heads to Nashville) to register by phone. After pre-registration ends, you can register on site at the door for Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Murfreesboro, TN, which is just outside of Nashville.
YES! Though, you may not receive a Show Directory (it is really hard to guess how many to print for folks that register at the door).

When you register ONLINE, you will get an acknowledgment of your registration by email.
Registration is $20/person. This includes BOTH DAYS at the Embroidery Mart, an Embroidery & Apparel Decorator Trade Show, and admittance to all the Classes held during Embroidery Mart.
NOTE: If you are a current member of the National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP), registration for Friday and Saturday is FREE for everyone that attends from your organization, as it is a member benefit.

The classes on Sunday and Monday are free for every registered Embroidery Mart attendee. We do not offer registration for these individual sessions. They are product demonstrations and training offered by the exhibitors. If you are interested in a class, simply go to that classroom and take your seat. Once the rooms fill to capacity, the doors will be closed for the remainder of that session. Some of the classes do fill quickly! Some of the classes are repeated on the second day. The classroom doors will open at 8:40 for the 9 AM classes. See more class information here.

What to do around Murfreesboro and Nashville:
Learn more about Tennessee history and iconic Tennessee whiskey with a tour of Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, TN. The oldest registered distillery in the US, this facility has used cave spring waters to create Tennessee whiskey since 1866. Tours are conducted by employees and Lynchburg locals and are as fun as they are informative. Find out why the trees in the grounds are black—children are welcome, too. Discover the sights and, perhaps more importantly, the sounds of downtown Nashville, only 35 minutes from this all-suite Murfreesboro hotel. Tour the Country Music Hall of Fame, and catch live music in a seemingly never-ending range of venues – from the smallest of bars in Printer’s Alley to the world-famous Ryman Auditorium and Grand Ole Opry.

The group rate rooms are $154-164/night through May 15, 2019 or all the rooms in the group block are booked, whichever comes first. Guests at the Embassy Suites enjoy a free cooked to order breakfast, complimentary cocktail hour and free parking. Check out the hotel information HERE.
To make air travel arrangements, call your travel agent or check online for competitive airfares to Nashville International Airport (BNA). To get to the hotel from the airport, catch a cab, shuttle service or contact uber or Lyft.
The NNEP no longer hosts an industry garage sale.

A concessions area is on the ground floor, serving “Grab & Go” meals and beverages on Sunday and Monday near the Exhibit Hall. Enjoy meals with the embroiderers and apparel decorators you meet at Embroidery Mart-NASHVILLE SE! It is a great opportunity to connect with fellow business owners and decorators in a non-competitive environment!
There are no refunds if you cancel your registration.
